Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Mon – Fri) (GMT-06:00) will be handled the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Handling Time

We need 1–2 business days (Mon – Fri) to carefully prepare and pack your order before it is shipped.

Transit Time

After shipping, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days (Mon – Fri), depending on your U.S. location.

Total Delivery Time

From order placement to final delivery, the estimated timeframe is 6–9 business days.

Prices, Taxes & Currency

All prices are shown in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Taxes are included in the product price.

The amount at checkout is the final price. There are no hidden fees.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. No extra charges will be added at checkout.

Product Condition & Responsibility

All orders are shipped in new condition and packaged to prevent damage.
Once the package is handed to the carrier, QuietQuartz is not responsible for delays. However, we will assist you in resolving any delivery issues.

Incorrect Address & Verification

Please confirm your shipping details before checkout. QuietQuartz is not responsible for undeliverable packages caused by wrong or incomplete addresses. Extra costs may apply if reshipment is required.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled if they have not been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

QuietQuartz ships only within the United States. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
