1. Are the watches sold on QuietQuartz authentic?
Yes. All watches available at QuietQuartz are genuine and sourced from trusted suppliers.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We provide Free Delivery on all orders within the United States.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after shipping.
The total estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days.
4. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit card and debit cards( MasterCard, Visa, American Express, UnionPay).
Note: Additional secure payment methods may become available at checkout depending on your device or location.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment’s progress.
6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error (wrong or defective item).
7. Do you offer exchanges?
We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
If you’d like to switch your item for a different color, style, or model, just email us at support@quietquartz.store with your order number and the item you’d like instead.
Once your original item is received and approved, we’ll ship your replacement right away.
8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your watch is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with in 48 hours at support@quietquartz.store with your order details and photos. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us right away at support@quietquartz.store if you need to request a cancellation.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, QuietQuartz only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
11. Can I save my payment details for future orders?
Yes. Our website uses secure tokenization technology so you can safely save your payment details for faster checkout. Your full card information is never stored on our servers.
12. How do I know my information is secure?
QuietQuartz uses 128-bit SSL encryption and works only with PCI DSS compliant payment processors. This ensures that your personal and payment details are always safe.
13. Do you send order confirmation emails?
Yes. As soon as you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. A separate email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
14. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

if you notice an error in your shipping address. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will update it for you. If it has already shipped, additional charges may apply for reshipment.
15. Do you have a physical store?
No. QuietQuartz is an online-only store. This allows us to focus on efficient shipping, quality service, and accessible pricing for our customers.
