At QuietQuartz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy provides a clear and straightforward process to help you.
Return Period
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be approved.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unworn and unused
Be in their original condition
Include original packaging with all tags attached
Products that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
When You Can Return an Item
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
Incorrect item sent
Wrong size or style
Item arrived damaged or defective
Customer preference (change of mind)
Who Covers the Return Shipping?
If the return is due to an error from our side (e.g., defective or wrong item), QuietQuartz covers the shipping cost and provides a prepaid return label.
If the return is for personal reasons (such as change of mind, dissatisfaction, or wrong size), Customer is responsible for return shipping and must arrange the return label. We will share the return address for the shipment.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
Steps to Return an Item
Email us at support@quietquartz.store with your order number and reason for the return.
Our support team will confirm the process and guide you further.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Send it back using the prepaid label (if provided) or your own arranged carrier.
Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we will issue your refund.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Once your return is approved, you will get a confirmation email.
Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
If Your Refund Is Delayed
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
First, check with your bank or card provider.

Change of Mind
We do accept returns due to change of mind as long as the product meets our return conditions. In this case, customers must cover the return shipping cost.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
If you’d like to switch your item for a different color, style, or model, just email us at support@quietquartz.store with your order number and the item you’d like instead.
Once your original item is received and approved, we’ll ship your replacement right away.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us with in 48 hours at support@quietquartz.store with photos of the item. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
